- This is a tentative schedule prepared well in advance. The duration, dates and flight route are liable to change and such changes will not entitle you to any refund, cancellation or compensation.
- Tour dates, programs and itineraries are provisional and may be amended without prior intimation due to change in Hijri / moon-sighting calendar, airline schedule, local laws, or BTQ quota distribution.
- Haj camp in Mumbai, zone allocation in Mina Camp, Arafat, tent location and bedding arrangements are completely under the control of the Ministry of Haj, Saudi Arabia and the Government of India. The Travel Agent (HGO) has no role in it and will not be liable for any changes made by the authorities, even on the day of stay, and no refund will be given for such changes.i
- Moallim allocation and facilities in Mina, Arafat Camp and Muzdalifah will be as per the rules set by the Ministry of Haj, KSA.
- Travelling individually on dates other than the fixed group dates is not allowed.
- Departures from cities other than Mumbai and for pilgrims travelling from countries other than India are possible on request - please contact us for customized route and charges
- Hotel star ratings mentioned are as per Google ratings or the Company's own assessment; pilgrims are advised to check and research each property independently before booking.
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided as a replacement; no refund can be claimed for such replacement.
- Room sharing in Aziziyah will strictly be on a 5/6 persons sharing basis only; private rooms are available at an extra cost, subject to availability.- Room configuration: Double sharing means 2 beds, Triple sharing means 2 beds + 1 extra bed/mattress, Quad sharing means 2 beds + 2 extra beds/mattresses.
- Hotel room sizes in Saudi Arabia are generally compact as per international standards; pilgrims are requested to keep their expectations accordingly.
- Room allotment inside the hotel is at the sole discretion of the hotel management; any specific request for room number / floor cannot be guaranteed or entertained.
- The package cost is calculated on the exchange rate of 1 SAR = INR 25.50 and on an estimated airfare of approx. ₹ 80,000 per ticket for departure from Mumbai. Any increase in the exchange rate or airfare at the time of departure from other cities will be collected extra from the pilgrim.
- An additional 2% TCS (Tax Collected at Source, which is refundable as per government rules) will be charged extra over and above the package price.

- The price applicable will be the price prevailing at the time of departure or passport submission; any hike in tour cost, airfare or government taxes / levies after booking will be borne by the pilgrim.
- 5% GST is included in the package price quoted; any service which is not specifically mentioned as included shall be considered as excluded.
- Qurbani charges are not included in the package and will be as per the local Municipal regulations of Makkah.
- Any baggage over and above the airline's free baggage allowance will be charged to the pilgrim directly.
- Transport for Tawaf-e-Ziyarat: From Muzdalifah → Mina and from Aziziyah Hotel → Haram during the shifting period is NOT included. Pilgrim to arrange on their own.
- 5-Day Hajj Food: Mixed Arab-Indo meals, full board provided by the Moallim. The tour operator is not responsible for its quality
- Booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
- Documents required are listed in the Booking Requirements.
- This Hajj package is 100% non-refundable.
- No refund for unused services, unused nights, or shorter stay. Even if the tour is shortened by the Company, no refund/claim will be made.
- If tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond control (government action, disaster, war, pandemic, force majeure), refund will be what is recovered from suppliers like airline, hotel, Saudi authorities. Amount may vary. No guarantee on refund or timing.
- Travel Agent (HGO) is not responsible for lost baggage, injury, or personal incidents during the tour.
- The tour operator is only an aggregator for third-party services (airline, hotel, Moallim, transport) and is not responsible for their service issues.
- All services are as per the current rules and regulations of the Governments of India and Saudi Arabia. We are not liable for changes in government policy, including the new biometic visa process for Hajj 2027.
- Dates, itineraries, and prices are only estimates and may change without notice. The latest terms here replace all earlier versions.
- By making payment, the pilgrim confirms they have read and accepted all the Terms & Conditions.
- Bookings through our branch office also follow the same Terms & Conditions.
- Any assurance beyond this brochure is only valid if given in writing by the Company.
- All disputes will be handled only in the courts of Navsari.
