Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is included in Qaswa’s Haj packages?
All packages include confirmed return flights, official Haj visa processing, hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah, air-conditioned tent allocations in Mina and Arafat, internal luxury coach transfers, daily hygienic buffet meals, guided Ziyarat, and round-the-clock spiritual and logistical guidance.
How far are the hotels from the Haram in Makkah and Madinah?
We prioritize close-proximity hotels. In Madinah, our properties are located within a 3 to 7-minute walk from the Prophet’s Mosque courtyard. In Makkah, depending on your chosen tier (Executive vs. Classic), hotels range from immediate clock-tower access to properties within a short, direct walking distance or dedicated shuttle routes.
Do I need to be vaccinated before traveling?
Yes. Saudi Ministry of Health regulations mandate the Meningococcal Quadrivalent (ACWY) vaccination, along with seasonal influenza and any current public health requirements. Vaccination cards must be certified before visas and entry permits are issued.
How do we travel between Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah?
Pilgrims are transported using dedicated, air-conditioned fleet buses and, where applicable based on government routing and zone allocations, the Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro line. Our team leaders accompany each bus and group throughout the days of Tashreeq.
Is assistance provided for elderly pilgrims or those with mobility challenges?
Yes. We coordinate wheelchair assistance at airports, hotels, and the Haramain upon prior request. Our ground team ensures seniors have priority boarding on coaches and accessible pathways during the days of Haj.
Can women travel for Haj without a Mahram?
Under current Saudi visa regulations, women are permitted to perform Haj without a Mahram as part of an organized, licensed tourist or pilgrimage group.
